"Bad first impression with the shipping"
My first impression ordering from Havaianas wasn’t great. I figured buying direct would be simple and fairly quick, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely moved for days, which made it even more frustrating, and when I reached out to customer service, they basically just told me to keep waiting. The sandals themselves are great once they finally arrived, but the whole delivery experience was annoying enough that I’m not sure I’d order from the site again...

"My sandals just never came"
I ordered these sandals for a trip, and they just never showed up, somehow. The tracking was barely updating, which was annoying, and customer service took forever to get back to me. In the end, another pair I had to buy somewhere else. Frustrating experience overall.

I order from havaianas.com and the packaging was not it. The box came half open and look like it already got crushed before it even reach me. The sandals was just thrown in there with basically no protection or care. For the price, I was expecting at least decent packing. Definitely didn’t make a good first impression.
"Got the completely wrong pair"
I ordered a specific color and size from havaianas.com, and when the package showed up, it was a totally different pair. I checked my order email right away because I thought maybe I had made a mistake, but nope, what they sent wasn’t even close.
It’s just really frustrating because now I have to spend my time dealing with a return for something I didn’t do wrong. I was excited to get what I picked out, so opening the box and seeing the wrong item just left me annoyed and disappointed

"Site was way more frustrating than it should be"
I was just trying to grab a pair quickly, but the website made it such a hassle. The page kept freezing, my cart wouldn’t update properly, and the filters felt all over the place. I kept using the usual shortcut in my head of “big brand = smooth website,” but nope, not this time. After about 20 minutes of going back and forth, I just gave up.

"Payment kept failing and I’m not sure I trust the process"
I tried placing an order and the payment kept failing for no clear reason. Somehow my card still got charged twice, but the order never showed as confirmed. It definitely made me question how reliable their checkout system is.

I can’t say they don’t look good on, because they do, but my feet were already hurting after about an hour. Definitely not something I’d wear for a long day.

I used to think this was worth it, but the price has gotten so high that it’s hard to justify anymore. i kind of feel trapped because I still need it, but paying this much just doesn’t feel worth it.

I ordered my usual size, but these felt way too small on me. My toes were hanging over a little, unless I’m just being picky? I checked the size chart before ordering, but it didn’t really make things clearer. Kind of frustrating having to deal with a return for flip flops.

I tried placing an order and the checkout kept freezing on me. Then my card still got charged, but I never got any order confirmation. When I tried to get help, the support link just kept sending me around in circles, and the replies felt like copy-pasted answers that didn’t actually address the problem. Super frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself trying again

"Cute at first, but felt like a bait and switch"
I bought a pair of Havaianas because they looked really cute and seemed like they’d easily get me through the summer. At first, I was happy with them, but after just a few weeks they already started looking worn out.
The strap has gotten loose, and the sole is thinning in a few spots even though I’ve only worn them for regular walking around. Nothing rough, no beach hikes or anything like that.
For the price, I expected a lot more. They look nice right out of the box, but the quality doesn’t hold up, so it ended up feeling a bit like a bait and switch to me

"Strap snapped after two weeks"
I bought this because a friend recommended it, so I was hopeful. Unfortunately, the strap snapped after just two weeks of use. Really disappointing because I expected it to hold up a lot longer.

I found a bunch of pairs I actually liked, but every single one was sold out in my size. I checked back a few days later thinking maybe they’d restock, and nope, still the same. Like, how is this okay? It’s just frustrating and feels like a waste of time.

"Customer service was no help at all"
I ordered a pair of sandals from havaianas.com and after my payment went through, I pretty much got no real update. I kept checking my email thinking something would come thru, but nothing useful ever did.
I reached out to customer service a few times and every reply felt like the same copy pasted message. One of them looked like they hadn’t even read what I wrote, which was super frustrating.
I’m still waiting on a clear answer or just a refund at this point. I do like Havaianas sandals, but this whole website support situation has been such a pain. I wouldnt order from them online again.

"I’ll admit I’m a little picky about..."
I’ll admit I’m a little picky about how my flip flops look, and these just didn’t meet my personal standard. A lot of the styles felt basically the same to me, just in different colors, and I was hoping for something a bit more fun or fresh. The prints also seemed kind of dated, like not much thought went into them. For the price, I expected options that looked more stylish and unique

I ordered these because they looked like a soft beige online, but in person they’re almost yellow. I literally checked them in different lighting thinking maybe it was just my room, but nope, the color still looked off. It’s frustrating because I bought them to go with an outfit for a trip. I probably won’t bother returning them, but I definitely wouldn’t trust the colors on the site again

"I sent my sandals back weeks ago..."
I sent my sandals back weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to come through. I’ve tried reaching out to support, but the replies have been really slow, which just makes the whole thing more frustrating. I get that returns can take a little time, but this has dragged on long enough that it’s made me question ordering from them again
